1. Overview

Welcome to asyncr.dev (the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to our services, accessing our dashboard, or submitting development requests, you (the "Client", "User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before initiating a subscription.

2. Subscription Plans & Queue

asyncr.dev operates as a productized development subscription service. Subscribing grants you access to submit programming tasks to your dedicated queue:

Maintain Tier: 1 active task at a time. Designed for bug fixes & minor features.
Build Tier: 2 active tasks at a time. Designed for full-stack feature builds.
Scale Tier: 4 active tasks at a time. Includes dedicated leadership and syncs.

Tasks are processed sequentially (or concurrently, depending on your plan tier limits) based on the priority list you maintain in your dashboard. We make reasonable efforts to deliver high-quality work on an ongoing basis.

3. Pausing & Cancellation Rules

To ensure maximum flexibility, we provide a subscription model that allows you to pay only for the days you actively use our development services:

How Pausing Works

Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period from the date of purchase. If you have no active development needs, you may pause your subscription at any time. The billing cycle will be frozen, and the remaining days will be credited to your account. For example, if you use the service for 11 days and then pause, you will have 20 unused days stored as credit for future use.

How Cancellation Works

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When cancelled, your subscription remains active until the end of the current 31-day billing period. No refunds are provided for the current active period, and unused days do not roll over or get saved as credits if a cancellation is requested instead of a pause.

4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

All deliverables, source code, designs, and intellectual property created by asyncr.dev during your active subscription belong exclusively to you, the Client, upon successful receipt of payment. Until payment for the corresponding period is processed successfully, all files and designs remain the property of asyncr.dev.

5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent code quality and prompt service, we provide our platform and development deliverables on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability or fitness of the software for a particular purpose. asyncr.dev shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our code or services.

6. Revisions & Task Acceptance

We offer unlimited revisions on all deliverables. If a task does not meet your specifications, you may request revisions directly in the dashboard or via your communication channel. Revisions will be prioritized in your active task queue.
